Fantastische ervaring: Awesome big paddle and tennis club with indoor and outdoor courts. Friend staff and not over crowded but has a good vibe. Lovely for sunny days to play outside surrounded by nature's and trees. Good quality courts.

Negatieve ervaring: Baan was veel te glad

Negatieve ervaring: Ik had 30 euro betaald voor een baan in de ochtend en twee rackets. Ik kom daar aan en er is HELEMAAL NIEMAND! Ik heb vervolgens de klantenservice meerdere keren en momenten proberen te bellen, maar ik kreeg geen contact. We hebben een uur gewacht en er was nog steeds niemand aanwezig, ook al staat er op de site dat er altijd iemand aanwezig is. Ik heb nog steeds geen manier om mijn geld terug te krijgen, want op de site staan geen andere contactgegevens dan het telefoonnummer dat NIET werkt. Wat een verschrikkelijk slechte organisatie en ik zal hier niet meer komen!!

Negatieve ervaring: Cancelled my reservation an hour before, due to a broken glass wall and refused to refund the payment in cash and only offered credits. I don't at any of their locations and prefer not to have credits lying in my account, especially because I paid for the other players as well.

Positieve ervaring: Ok padelbanen. Lekker terrasje er bij. Drankjes wel iets aan de prijzige kant. Betaald parkeren.

Negatieve ervaring: The facilities are great. However, the customer support is unreachable. It was raining quite hard and as a precaution, we tried reaching them to find out whether rescheduling is possible. Unfortunately they only responded 10 minutes after our session was booked with zero tolerance for rescheduling. Their defense was that it is normal for it to rain in the Netherlands and that everyone was playing without any complaints. There are always empty courts around us at 09:00 and this time "everything was fully booked" (also see photos attached of "fully booked agenda") and they would lose money... At their price, I would expect a bit more professionalism. I do not wish to only leave a complaint, but I also want to give criticism to encourage improvement. The main advice I have for this company is to be reachable at least 30 minutes BEFORE the first booking starts. For other customers, I recommend booking with your credit card so you have the ability to resolve it with your bank should this happen.

Negatieve ervaring: I booked my first court in the club at 19:00, and because of Corona the game needs to be canceled. They will not give the cash back, and only give credits so I can use later. I understand that this should be fine if I canceled by myself, but it's not me who is canceling it. really disappointed by attitude of the club to decide not to reimburse the cash. I also had the same at another club, and they gave me the money back without even needing to ask it.

Positieve ervaring: Park an sich is prima. Banen liggen er netjes bij en het personeel is vriendelijk. Alleen de parkeergelegenheden, consumpties en lidmaatschap zijn exorbitant duur.

Fantastische ervaring: Really cool that Amstelpark offers padel now as well. Tried it for the first time and loved it. The courts look awesome and the location is fab. Love the clubhouse as well. Great place for racket sports in Amsterdam!
